With a background in kinesiology, you can be confident that I am providing you with the best possible care through pre-treatment assessments, advanced therapeutic massage treatments and relevant home exercises to help you succeed. The best news? You never have to leave the comfort of your home!

With a passion for helping others achieve their health, wellness, and injury rehab goals, I completed my 2,200-hr Massage Therapy Diploma at Mount Royal University.

In September 2016, I started practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist, and made the decision to start my own massage therapy business in March 2017. Now, I can't wait to help you get back to what you love doing!

I happily work with clients of all ages and a multitude of conditions. I also have a special interest in shoulder and knee conditions, as well as a focus on stretching and treating the connective tissue of the muscles. I am also trained in precision work for jaw (TMJ) conditions. If you would like to include precision work for a jaw condition, please make a note while booking so that I bring the appropriate equipment.

Available appointments range from 30-minutes to 90-minutes in length. If you are unsure what length of appointment to book, I would be happy to discuss what you are expecting, and recommend appointment lengths based on your concerns.
